The ZR1 was the high performance edition of the C4 Corvette line and with a 375 HP V8 DOHC four valve engine the ZR1 was capable of 0-60 in 4.3 seconds or a 13-second quarter mile and a top speed of 180 MPH. They were originally delivered with a manual 6-speed transmission. These cars were known as the “King of the Hill” for good reason.
This is one serious performance car and helped restore the Corvette’s prestige. The ZR1 is competitive with European supercars of the era and far easier and cheaper to maintain.
This fabulous one owner “wide-body” example has a mere 43,000 kilometres recorded, and as such is offered in very fine condition. The ZR-1 is supplied with a clean Carfax report, showing 12 services recorded over the years.
As alternative to European sports cars of the period, the ZR-1 offers blistering performance and exceptional value. A true classic and an exceptional example.
