The Vantage N400 was released in 2008 to celebrate Aston Martin’s success at the 24hr Nürburgring circuit and featured a number of mechanical and aesthetic tweaks over the standard car. Firstly, a power upgrade was given to the 4.3 litre V8 engine, now equipped with 400 bhp. Secondly, a new ‘Sports Pack’ offered subtly different driving dynamics tailored to enthusiasts who sought even more responsive handling. This was achieved by using unique lightweight diamond turned, graphite-finished aluminium wheels with uprated springs and dampers in addition to a new rear anti-roll bar (for the Coupe only). Each car has a map of the Nürburgring embroidered on the armrest and rear boot. Vantage N400 production was limited to 240 coupes and 240 convertibles worldwide.
This particular model is number 219 of 240 coupes manufactured worldwide.. The full specification is extensive but notable details includes the N400 side-sills, the aforementioned ‘sports pack ‘ upgrades, and rear parking sensors. Full Aston Martin service history notes that the last service was carried out in the last 250 miles in September 2018. With just two former keepers, a little over 54,000 miles and a valid MOT with no advisories, this car has had a charmed life and this is evident upon inspection. One of the attractive and stylish Astons of the modern era, with a rare performance version rarely seen for sale in the UK, we expect this car to fetch a lot of interest.
